NOTD: Island Girl- Surfing Paradise

Today's nail of the day is a gorgeous deep pruple, now, when you put it on it is VERY matte, as you can see in the picture. but if you want it to look like it is in the bottle, nice and vibrant and glossy, all you have to do is add a top coat!BAM! its amazing what a HUGE difference a top coat can make(: very opaque, but 2 coats is always best to conceal any mistakes(:

NOTD: Island Girl- Waikiki Surf

Today's nail of the day is a metalic sea green with a little bit of blue.(any suggestions on what to describe it as??) This is very opaque, 1 coat would be enough but I used 2 coats because I had mistakes so I had to cover it up:/

Hey everyone! I'm gonna try to find daily samples that you guys might be interested in(the ones i'll be posting is copletely free!no surveys, no catch!)... and c'mon! Who doesn't like free samples?! New Bikini♥

Hey guys! So i went shopping this weekend on a hunt for a new bathing suit. I knew what style I wanted, which was a bikini. I think I'm done with one pieces(: But anyways, we went to my mall which had a couple of 'department' stores like JCPenny, or Macy's. But of course, they were practically sold out of my size(small) so all that was left were mediums, larges, and extra larges. My mom said that the only places that would have my tiny size would be walmart and target (LOL) I really didn't wanna get a bathing suit from walmart but i guess target wouldn't be too bad right?And while we were there, I could walk around and eat some of their delicious popcorn(: But what surprised me, was that they had really cute bathing suits! i saw like 5 that i LOVED, but they didn't have my size:( so i was starting to run out of hope, when I saw the perfect bathing suit...

its navy blue, and the right side of the bikini top has all these different colors! It has these gold rectangles in the middle of the bikini top, and on the sides of the bikini bottom. It's a bandeau styled bikini, and its strapless.and I LOVE it!!
Who knew that target could have cute bathing suits?!

MAC semi precious collection

Mac recently came out with a new collection, the Semi Precious collection. It has 3 categories: Semi Precious skin, Semi Precious Eyes, and Semi Precious colour.

I'm not that interested in the skin category because it's just a foundation, mineralized face and body lotion, and a mineralized charged water which is just supposed to be a hydrating mist that replenishes skin and enhances makup application and wear. MAC's fixed plus can enhance makeup application and wear, so I'm not too excited about it.




The Eyes category is a bit more exciting. I can see myself buying some things from ths category. It offers 2 brushes(not too exciting), their zoom fast black lash mascara, and the exciting part for me , the mineralized eye shadows. MAC's mineralized eyeshadows are the BEST! Not only are they pigmented, they're shimmery! I prefer simmery finishes over matte finishes. They offer 12 brilliant shades that have a "marbleized" look.

The last category, the colour category, is what I can see myself buying the most of. To me, it has the most exciting, unique prosucts. It has lipsticks in 4 pink/rose/plum toned shades, cremesheen glasses that come in 5 pink/plum toned shades, (you know im a lip junkie!)mineralized blushes, and the most exciting of all, mineralized skinfinishes! But there is something different with these skinfinishes, they have two different colors in one!(technically three bc you can use the outer shade, the inner shade, or swirl them together!)Thy also have 2 brushes.

Nail of the Day: Island Girl- Waikiki Dream

Today's nail of the day is a gorgeous easter egg like purple. I know it looks a bit blue on my nails, but i blame that on my camera:/But it's actually the color shown in the bottle. It 's a matte finish. It's a bit dull, with barely any shine, so if you like glossy finishes in nail polish, you might want to put a top coat over it.
